Enough is enough, or is it? I have 5 hardrives totalling over 10TB, FULL. Not including the space in my iMac and MSI laptop. These days its a constant battle for space and transfering data from one place to another to make room for new projects.

How many external hard drives do you have and how do you guys deal with this on going issue?

I use a Drobo 5n loaded with 5 x 4tb drives.

My hp Phoenix Envy computer has a 2TB drive, that's enough for me.

2TB? Do you find it easy to part with old raw footage or is it because you don"t shot a lot?

I wish I could commit to such investment. Given the choice I always opt for new more exciting gear.

Playing with my drones is only a hobby. Besides my Phantom 3 Pro', 4K videos, I have a Nikon D800 (with 36MP) for serious photography.

But yeah, having your extra storage is great. Never needing to worry about being over burdened with content. Particularly Should you want, to archive every video and pic you ever took. I don't. ;-)

Yeah I do wedding cinematography as well, so I need lots of space and redundancy. The good thing about these drives is that they are hot swappable, and you do not need all 5 to start. So you can just buy the enclosure and 1-2 drives to go with it, then buy more as you go along. Drobo is a great product.
