What are the dimensions of the Inspire 2 without the props? I searched with Google and read the manual, but couldn't find it. I only found the diagonal of the plane. I need this for tranporting the Inspire 2. Someone with an early Inspire 2 already bought a case or something like a bagpack? I've no idea how to carry the Inspire along..

I designed my own custom foam insert to fit the Inspire1 and also the Inspire 2 just in case I upgrade at some point in the future.

I have also just taken the aircraft out of the case and tied onto the outside of a rucksack who hiking with some paranoid without the props attached and its been fine.

In landing mode 18.5 inches x 18.5 inches x8.25 inches high.

In travel mode 21.5 wide x 18.5 inches x 13 inches high.

I want to know if it fits in a big suitcase because I will buy it in Miami and I want to bring it safely to Brazil.

Travel  Mode Depth/Height - what is it?  
Drone Air mentioned that in transport mode the height was 11cm  (or 8.26"). In another postthomasakira mentioned it was 13.5 " in travel mode. Do you know which one is correct?

Hi Hayley,

It is certainly not 11 cm. The height is 21 cm in transport mode. The highest point is the propellor attachment.

The other dimenions: 52 cm wide and 47 cm deep.

I have travelled to Argentina with two i2 and what I did was put the stock case inside a plain carboard box. Inside the box I pack the case with extra foam protection so it can take the strains of travel. After everything gets checked by the airline I usually wrap the plastic around the whole thing. It doesn't look pretty at all but its worked quite well for the last two years.  I could never find a suitcase that would fit the travel case so thats why I did it that way.
The best option is a 600 dollar pelican....
