tryed this ipad 1 on a phantom 4 with dji go app and its no good,lots of green and lag

but will the ipad mini 1 run ok with the phantom 3 pro?
or will it be the same

Look up the approved devices that will work. The processor is to slow on a Ipad mini 1, Good luck

Hi I use the iPad Mini (v1 model A1432) and Phantom3 Advance just fine, and on the latest app 3.1.2 no lag , no green pixels, so it should be ok - but you do need to have the (hardware decode option turned on in the app)! The small text on the rear of the iPad will tell you which model you have.

My Mini 1 was the first device i used on my 3PA but soon it randomly gave trouble, like refusing to give commands to my bird, or once landing without my telling it to.  I was fortunate to be in  a open space!  Believe the list and just don't use it.  It could make for a very bad day.
