Hmmm... Don't mean to alarm you, but your Mavic doesn't sound quite right to me. The uneven sound of the motors makes it sound to me like it's wobbling/shaking. Can't really tell from this video, but you could probably confirm if that's the case. The Mavic shouldn't wobble at all during hover or flight, and the sound of the motors should be quite uniform. What I heard in your video sounds similar to what I've seen in videos where people have turned on the prop guard setting. See this thread: http://mavicpilots.com/threads/dji-mavic-issues.5721/

I know I live here also, its not the point  it  a safety issue, and against regulations .  You were or very close to flying over a motorway. I appreciate your anxious to fly
but think of  the safety of others first.

Not being rude at all, but please show me some documentation to confirm this if you know of any. You are required to keep the drone in sight according to the CAA, not sure about IAA (which is much easier at night due to the lights showing up very well on the Mavic) but that's the only relevant regulation to that, that I know of.

Im almost sure there is nothing in the regulations about flying at night here in Ireland, I wouldn't be comfortable doing it myself as id like to keep the drone in sight, correct me if im wrong, Flying parallel to a motorway shouldn't be a problem as long as you are at a reasonable distance.
