I can't turn battery off. 2 center lights are on. Two on either end are off. Nothing seems to work. Battery is cool to touch but has been like this 6+ hours now. Help please.

If you stick the battery back in the AC and turn it on, does it turn on? if it does, keep the drone running until the battery is down to 1%.

Then try to turn it off and let us know.

Also, if you try to charge it deoast it charge?
