To be honest ... it's actually good footage as it is. Keep this AE playstuff out of the video ... you've missed the right lighting conditions on the objects so they feel like out of place. It's not really adding something to the movie. The footage itself is very good.

A few good words of advice with the text tracking etc but adding the 3d models ruined the footage IMO.
