After receiving my second phantom 4 Pro (the first went back after having a fault with the battery compartment) I didn't activate my care refresh within 48hrs due to wanting to make sure this one was ok first! I'd already had to cancel my first policy, so didn't want to man's the same mistake twice, then ran out of time.
I explained the situation to DJI support, and gave then evidence that the drone hadn't flown and they extended the available time to buy my DJI care refresh.
So credit where credit is due, my experience so far has been very good. Thanks DJI.
