Hope someone here can help ....i have the SSD card reader connected to rear usb3 port ..when i insert the ssd the blue lights come on so all good ..however
the camera exporter can't see the ssd  its not even visable for me to select any clips . When in device manager its visable under disk drives as a
super speed storage usb device ..so i assume the pc knows its there. What am i doing wrong...going crazy here .

Well know problem I'm afraid with the SSD reader. You have to reboot your Mac with the reader still connected to see the drive in CineLight. It's the only way you can dump the files off the card.

Oh, Win 10. Dunno, never tried it on PC lol
