I have  phantom 4 pro two batteries and flew it only 3 times and the max I can get is 21min bringing down by 15%. Weather condition is good 76 by fahrenheit, no wind. Anybody get more? Flew it on sport mode only 30 sec, video was on, no hard turns ( I was doing range test ) I have tried with both batts. and got the same timing.
RC fully charged seems like does not hold as long as it was with p3A/P. ( RC without the screen ) Any thoughts?

How high were you flying? You might not have wind close to the surface but up 100' it is a different story! and it will affect the battery life.

I was flying between 200-300' up.

Up that height you will definitely have wind gust that you won't feel close to the ground. Also flying against the wind will reduce flying time because the AC is using more power to fight the wind.

But 21 min is normal time since you still 15% which will ad few minutes to your flight time.

You can keep an eye on the Intelligent return to home line at the top of the  screes which will approximately tell you how many minutes are left to 0%
