Help, I have multiple issues.gimbal shakes so bad video is unusable. Lots of jello.Also on the 4th ever flight, dji go app disconnects every 30 seconds with an error message. Image lost.return to home?ok or cancel are the 2 options.This drone is 12 days old and I'm very fimilar with the phantom 3 lineup . I've owned 3.Fw 1.8.10 dji go app fw 3.1.2. I have tried all calibrations.After speaking with several dji techs, they finally said send the unit in.I would like to try and resolve this myself, with your help.Thanks!

OK, here are the standard questions asked when this is reported.

1. Have you removed the foam packing piece behind the main gimbal arm?

2. Are the rubber suspensions propery fitted? The flange at either end goes through the hole in the mount.

3. Have you fitted all 4 clear plastic anti-drop pins? There are only two supposed to be fitted, diagonally opposite each other. If you have four fitted, remove two of them.

If this is not clear, post a couple of shots of the gimbal assembly.

Follow the above recommendations and if that doesn't work: If it is brand new then do not send it to DJI, take it back to the retailer and get a replacement of refund.
