Some of us did not get perfectly operating Mavics out of the box. Many of us are just trying to find out if others have a similar problem and what can be done to fix it. Others may also be trying to find out if they need to follow up on a shipping issue. You are not forced to read them.
Certainly not suggesting that your post are not valid, or don't belong here. But, imagine if there was a separate area for warranty, shipping, and service? Think of it like sorting your laundry rather than just cramming it all in the machine. Yes, there is still laundry to do, but the experience and results are much better.
And lets be honest, there are some VERY legitimate customer service issues with DJI. But, for each of those legitimate issues, there is another person stomping their feet and holding their breath b/c DJI took 9 days to ship and not 3. |
