Okay, so had an issue with my P3S this past Saturday.  It lost GPS/Compass and flew into a building....no response from the RC. I had to pick it up and physically remove the battery to shut it off.

Checked everything out, replaced the broken prop and the Compass would not calibrate.  I've calibrated the IMU, several times, as well as tried to calibrate the compass at several different locations with nothing metallic within 50 yards....still, failed to calibrate.

Upon checking the DJI Go app and looking a the sensor data....they're all ZEROs. So, obviously, the compass/GPS module has failed.


I have emailed DJI support, twice, and spoke to DJI Support via phone.  She said to create a repair request.


I've done that, but have yet to get a reply.

Any suggestions?  Can any of you DJI Reps help me?

They called me last night.

Thank you.   Sending it off for repair tomorrow.

Good to hear, and thank you for your patience.

Repaired at DJI and expected to ship back to me in a day or so.  I'm excited
