Ok here the facts:-Upgraded Firmware, no problems at least no error messages i updated using the DJI go app. go to bed and take for a flight the morning after (my first day of vacation in the mexican caribbean I wanted to do a livestreaming for all my friends to get mad at me for being there)

-I calibrated the compass
-checked for safe to fly gps mode (new to drones here)
-Used the auto take off function
(this was NOT my first flight so I knew what to check before take off)


-while i was checking camera and streaming settings on the app with no hands on the remote sticks at all (True I have video of the incident) the drone moved on its own but moved forward straight to me and my wife, we were sitting on the sidewalk so reaction time was not exactly quick still we moved out of its way and I tried to take control with no success so it crashed against the light house behind me.
-ever since the camera is shaky, out of level and sometimes one of the legs gets into picture for long periods of time like the gimbal it gets stuck now that makes sense after the crash but its not the only issue
-Weirdest part is this thing that happens randomly midflight (yes it can still fly) at some point while flying, i can only move the unit in one single direction that is it dont matter if i move the stick forward backwards or to the sides it only moves forward. this "Glitch" lasts for a moment and then i can control as usual but seems to move erratically
-While hovering, it moves to the sides mostly to the right.
I have been owner of this drone for about three weeks now but it was the first flight after the update that started it all.



I know i am no expert and I dont pretend to be but I am certain it was not my fault, I uploaded the logs to healthy drones but I dont se much there to make an assumption. can someone please help me with some guidance?

Here is the log for that tragic day it crashed, I have more from the subsecuent flights butI think this is the crucial or should be, if you need more info please let me know.

I have two records for the same day and time so I posted both.

I'm not familiar with healthydrones. I'd suggest you to send it in for further evaluation.
Our engineers will help to analyze the data and let you know what could have caused the issue.

The same happened with my Phantom 3 Advanced. I updated all firmwares after flying without issue for the last 8 months. After upgrading firmware, I got about 100m away and the drone just dropped from the sky. A complete wreck!

I'll be sending this mess back to DJI asking for warranty repair.

DJI really needs to work on the Software and Firmware, could be improved a lot, from the Phantom 3 Standard to the Phantom 4 Pro.
