Im having trouble with dji assistant 2 in regards to calibrating the vision sensors.The boxes that Im meant to align with on the screen aren't actually showing up on my screen Im using a Mac comp.Any ideas?

This isn't a solution, but I know it works on windows machines. I just did that calibration yesterday.  There's also  a "field calibration " that's described in the users manual.

Are you sure the blue boxes aren't being displayed? When I last did this with Assistant 2 v1.09, the moving box was such a pale blue I could hardly see it. I knew where is normally started, so aligned the craft with there and then followed the most minor of colour fluctuation around the screen.

Perhaps it you turned the colour up on the screen temporarily and tried that?

Did you get any error message from DJI assistant?

I seem to have it sorted but the actual calibration was different to that of the tutorial
