Hi,


Yestraday i made an order 0651381204965, and today the order was canceled by DJI.


i got today mail "Payment for Your DJI Order is Failed".And you send me refund.


Yestraday When I made the transaction, I received a notification from your credit card transaction is approved
payment for IFLIGHT THEHNOLOGY CO HONG KONG.


i dont konw why DJI fail to take the Payment Because you've already received authorization.
I dont have financial problems / cradit issue.


Today I made a new order,
Now I have to wait for the re-authorization process that take at least 24-48 Hours
I afraid that the new order will not ship to me at the expected time.

At least you can cancel the Temporary authorization
It uses $ 2,800 of my credit card.

We got it, both orders were cancelled since the bank regards them as high risky orders.
In that case, please try to change another payment method, if you choose to use credit card, please make sure you fill in all information correctly.

Credit card company said,
only option released may credit card for new order
you must cancel the temporary authorization from your (dji) side
the temporary authorization HOLD  hold in amount of 2798$ for the two order at least for the 3 week from now,
For orders you're not going to charge me.

There is no a verification code during purchase at the store in Singapore, like the dji store in Europe.
I'm sure this problem.
That's why i ask to if I pay EuroPay Method (exist in Dji Europe shop)
I can send your financial team anything that verifies my identity.

After I read about the problem in the community,
My conclusion,
That fails the order
At the Payment Review phase.

There are employees who check each order manually,
Orders that were paid directly to the DJI by credit card
Your system reports there is a risk order,

How can perform identity verification?
I can send by e-mail:
- Pass-port/ My ID
- CC Picture (First 6 digit and 4 last digit)

Choose "transfer payment" on payment method page, after you submit order, bank transfer payment page will show up, where you can get the details about how to finish the payment step by step.
If still the same case, then the best option would be ask your friend to help you place the order.
Update: We double checked your account, it's blocked by PayPal, you need contact PayPal company to get it sorted out.

STST, you may be having same trouble I was.  Your bank may have flagged your try at purchase as possible fraud.  My bank did this because DJI is in Hong Kong.   I called my bank and confirmed I was making purchase, no fraud, then they let the charge go thru.

This just happened to me. I was a fool, continued and did this twice. So now I have 2 blockations for €1,688!!!

My order number is 4203802400698!

I did, but for like an hour no response. What is wrong with your support? Last time I was dealing with them; it took hours or days to reply. This is quite a significant issue as my bank account is currently charged for 3 376 EUR!

I just got a reply from support, which was basically not helpful at all.

DJI says that I was charged with pre-auth block, and that payment was declined.
My bank says that both of charges went fine, and money is on the way.

What should I do now?
