I connected the Micro-USB to my drone and the normal usb to computer and it isn't popping up for my videos to click! Need help plz

Was this the same Phantom you talked about crashing in another thread?  That might be part of the problem...  

Since you didn't mention whether you had a mac or a pc or what operating system you were using (which is a completely different can of worms), there is no telling what the problem might be.  My recommendation would be to get an SD card adapter so you can plug it directly into your computer.

Take the SD card out of the camera, place it in a card reader then look at the files.

Do you have the DJI 2 Assistant installed on your PC?

What do you "see" when the USB is plugged in?  i am wondering if you are plugged into the camera USB or the diagnostic USB port.

Don't waste your time with a cable.  Pull the SD card, put it in an adapter and put that in your computer.  ANything with a cable to too slow and complicated.

Are you questioning the 2 ports solentlife? The one on the gimble will read the card with photos / videos, the one on the front of the drone body can be used to extract the dat files (black box recordings)

I think you have turned on the aircraft after plugged cable in...
