The camera stays pointed to the right and I cannot get it to point straight ahead. I have seen several threads about this and most have corrected the issue by tightening the set screw and ensuring it is seated on the flat side of the shaft. I have done this and re calibrated the IMU and the gimbal and the issue is not resolved.
I hate to admit it, but I believe I caused the problem myself. I forgot to remove the plastic bracket, that holds the gimble in place for straoge, when I started it up this morning.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Worked with tech support on the issue for a few days and gave up. I returned to Amazon for a replacement.
