Go into the Settings menu on your device and click on the Apps icon. Scroll down and see if the DJI Vision app actually installed. If it did uninstall it, reboot your device and re-install it.

Did you try this link from DJI.

"If you get the message shown "Your device is not compatible" while you install the apk from google play,

I have a 9.7 Apple tablet, with an IOS system 8.13.  I also have no service on the tablet.  If I need wifi connection, I connect thru my network router to get anything from the net.  Check your IOS setting.

You probably have no sim card installed, same as me, I have no regular connection to wifi through a carrier.

Did you download the new android app from the download center for DJI download page?   The android version is for 4.0 and higher.

You said in the first post you downloaded the APP pilot I think.  That is for the Inspire.  Did you download the app for the Phantom 2 vision + from this page?

If you still have the other app on the tablet,  delete that one, and download the android app from this page.
