A question to DJI representatives:

Do you plan to produce ND32 and ND64 filters?
Because in a bright sunny day ND16 not enough, a shutter speed still too fast with ND16
The most usable filter is ND32 and it missed for the Mavic....

Just received an invoice email telling me this is covered under warranty. They are calling out repair and stating the camera / gimbal price plus labor. Does this mean they are not replacing the Mavic but only the camera?

It may be the camera is getting replaced.

no disrespect intended, but they have the ability to replace the tiny camera at your shop?  Based on most of the other posters, they are getting new Mavic's when the camera is not working.

Anyway, I loved the way my Mavic worked so it is not a problem either way, I was only curious

It's up to the techs to determine if the aircraft will be repaired or replaced.
I do not know how that system works.

Received the mavic sleeve, impressed with the quality.

Now if only my nd filters would turn up!!!

I wish I had ordered the sleeve too, but I don't dare change my order now. I am waiting for the battery hub and ND filters
