I have still not received my Phantom 3 Standard that was purchased direct from DJI on 1/02/17. My credit card has been charged but order status indicates "pending" shipment. Response from DJI 2 weeks ago was that it would ship in 3-5 days. No option for refund. Tried chat feature to get more info but was only advised it's in progress.
Any ideas on how long I  have to wait for my first drone?

Call the credit card company if you can not get DJI to answer your questions.

Yep. Looks like I may have too. I was optimistic that it may have just "slipped through the cracks" but DJI has been vague in response to my emails and chat.
At least I've had time to read the manual several times.

You may have insurance on your credit card. I purchased something once and never arrived, got a full refund hope it arrives thou!

What's your order number, please?

I agree. Amazon is my usual go-to site for most anything. Just thought it would be better to order direct from DJI. Lesson learned.

Do not expect the support to get any better once you have your P3!

Very very funny.  From China to Singapore I received the item in 20 hours.  Ordered at around noon time and next day around 10 am I received it.  Why like this??? Me lucky???

I ordered mine on a Saturday night and received it the following Tuesday. Id be extremely upset after 35 days. Pretty sure I would have paid a visit to the DJI headquarters here in Austin Tx after about day 10.

Rob, that's amazing! I can't believe that DJI won't even give me an explanation for the delay as others receive their orders.

It's official! My new Phantom 3 Standard is finally on the way after 42 days! DJI sent me the tracking number today with possible arrival in 5-7 days. Thanks DJI. I am looking forward to getting airborne.

42 days! Wow, even in 1990 I could expect delivery of 'something' within 21 days. Outstanding DJI.

Yep. My first order with DJI. Hopefully this is an exception and not the rule.
