Hi

Does anyone have any advice on how to quickly unlock what appears to be a Geo Fence/NFZ on Barrier Island, New Zealand.

We have full permission to fly but the app is not allowing launch due to a NFZ. I have tried to unlock via the website but there are apparently no NFZs in this area...
