I had a light crash in a tree with minimal impact. The I2 is ok and took off fine after crash but no longer is recognizing the X5s, any ideas?

Probably one of the cable inside is broken. I suggest you send it in.

Not really any such things as a 'slight' crash with any UAV.
They are inherently fragile and a small knock can cause issues - send it in for repair.
