I am trying to fly the drone but it won't because its saying Battery Error on the controller and low signal.

Any quick fixes?

No its not. Has been used by one of my boss overseas.

I think i am already in beginner mode.

Please help confirm your aircraft model, you got the error after a firmware update?
You can try to restart all devices, fully discharge it then charge it again.
If no improvement, it may need to be sent in for evaluation.
Just to verify, when and where you bought it?
