How do I get a refund on my Mavic Pro to simply purchase 2 - DJI Sparks as I've done all the FW upgrades and still can't get the Mav to sync up with my phone/controller??!! $1100+ down the tube for nothing obviously!!

How many type of micro usb-Android connector Dji provided?  The one I have is not suitable for 3 different Android phone.  LCD is on the back if I am using the provided cable.

First time drone flyer here... well actually non-flyer because I can't get past the 3rd page in configuring the app. The app is constantly freezing on the screen that shows all the controls of the remote. I can't click next or the back arrow, its frozen so I have to force close the app.

So, I'm unable to even fly this thing. Im using the dji go 4 app with a samsumg s7 edge.

Here's what worked for me. Open the DJI GO4 app with the cable hooked between your phone and the remote (both powered on). Now don't select connect my drone instead click on the three dots in the upper right of the GO4 page and select Find My Drone. Let it do it's thing for a minute then back out to the GO4 home page. When I did that it showed me connected and FLY NOW was highlighted. It's been connecting ever since.

Can an old Mobile phone that is only connected via WiFi be used to operate a Mavic Pro?

Can an old phone with no connectivity other then WiFi capable be used with the controller to operate a Mavic Pro?

few topics, many questions and no answer.

For android/smartphone, you must unplug mini usb cable on remote controller, and that working on all type smartphones. Hope this help you all.
