Those birds are also known as pirates of the sea survive by rob fish from other seabirds.
As soon as they know there is nothing to rob they just lost interest in chasing the drone and bugger off.

but in your video, your drone weren't moving no where... so those birds weren't chasing your aircraft at all... clickbait!
