Today I tried WIFI mode first time and it worked better than expected. Had no problems with controlling the Mavic very precisely via the onscreen joysticks.
I am used to land manually with the "Landing Protection" switched off within GO4 app for better positioning on my landing pad. So it did same in WIFI mode. The Mavic kanded, the motors did reduce their rpms to minimum as expected but then the motors didn't stop as they do after few seconds when using the remote while keeping the throttle stick down. Finally I had to tap the landing button to stop the motors.
I think this discrepancy between both modes should be fixed, so that even in WIFI mode the motors will stop after landing when the virtual throttle stick is kept down.
