The procedure is as follows,
Download the WIN Drivers, PT2 Assistant, RC Assistant from the Vision + page.
Connect the Phantom to the PC (micro USB at the front of the Phantom under the rubber flap) and power on.
Run the Win Drivers, follow instructions, Run the PT2 assistant.
For the Transmitter, Connect the micro USB and run the RC assistant.
