I saw some PreFlight Checklists posted here and on the net so I gleaned some info and put together a checklist that has been working for me. I'm attaching copies of the checklist to this post in Pages, Word and PDF format in case anyone wants to add/subtract items. The original was made with Pages so the Word version may require some formatting. The forum would not accept the Word or Pages document so I posted the links to my Dropbox account.

Nice you do this. I too am a native checklist fetisjist. I think one should indeed (hobbywise off course, prof you need to stick to a master checklist and expand to your needs if required) use what works best for them.
Some notes on yours:
RC preflight: Phone on airplane mode AND WiFi off. (on android airplane mode keeps WiFi connected)
AC preflight: I'd avoid using the closed gimbal cover to rule out potential failure due overheating. If weather conditions are not good for gimbal it's not good to fly at all.
                   Install propellers, CONFIRM LOCKED x3

Further more it's a healthy habbit to power on the RC first and power off RC last. Combining the power on/off cycle for RC and AC makes it more manageable ("Startup checklist" )
Normally it would look like: Preflight/startup/takeoff-climb/cruise/descend-approach/landing/shutdown/debrief. always works.

Good Points on modifying the list to meet your needs and iOS/Android requirements.  Also I made a mistake on the power on/off sequence.  The sequence should be Remote Control, then Aircraft and then the Go 4 app.  I corrected all of the versions (PDF, Pages and Word) and have added new links below:

I also cannot follow the link. Have you subsequently been able to?

Further I get many messages saying
"This post contains more resources
Your user group can not download or view attachments".
Do you know why?
