My Mavic is giving me a "1No.ESC Error" now when I turn it on. This error seems to have randomly shown up. I've been flying this unit since November without any trouble or crashes. Last time I flew it worked fine. This time it's throwing an error and the front starboard motor is not twitching on boot. I've filed a ticket with support, but last time that took more than a week to receive a response. I'm wondering if there's anything else to try other than wait with the dead drone.

ESC is normally a hardware issue, something went wrong inside the drone.  You'll need to send it in. Find online chat on www.dji.com/support and follow instructions to establish a return case and send it in.
