I have a Mavic and Care Refesh.  If I sell my drone can the new owner take advantage of the Care Refesh?

The web site implies that you can't, but (DJI employee) Ken has said on here that you can.

I originally thought (and wrote) that you can't based on what's posted on the web site, but Ken's response indicates that you can transfer it, so hopefully that helps.

Yeah I can't find anywhere it says it transferable. Seems likes its a mystery   Good luck

Would be nice to know.  Selling my Mavic on Ebay right now if anyone interested....starting bid 700.00.  Hardly used and mint condition. No issues whatsoever.

I suspect that Ken's answer is correct and that the information on the web site is just badly worded. I think what the "DJI Care Refresh cannot be transferred after purchase" means is that you can't transfer it to another aircraft, not that it won't transfer to another person if you sell. The reason I think that -- besides the fact that Ken works for DJI and that his answers have always been accurate -- is the fact that DJI Care (not to be confused with DJI Care Refresh ) says that, "The aircraft owner can be changed but the S/N of the aircraft bound to the service agreement cannot." In other words, there's precedent to support the position that they let you transfer a "Care" package (no pun intended) when you sell.

The Care Refresh service is bound to aircraft SN, if you sell it, the new owner can enjoy the service.
