As i was hovering, looking around when my drone fell from the sky.  I was recording at the time so I know it wasn't me to blame so can someone help me out as to what to do now

@dji Natalia Yea my wife bought it back in December but the order didn't come til sometime in mid January.

I confirmed the information for you, Zenmuse H4-3D Gimbal Control unit cannot be used with the Hero 4 Silver.
It's recommended to use GoPro 4 black

I had the same thing happen to me this past weekend. Drone just lost power and fell out of sky from about 10 ft. I went in to look at flight log and it did not log the flight. I was in the air maybe 10 seconds when it just fell. Now I am getting the motor overload/gimbal lock error. I submitted a repair request and am awaiting the email with shipping info. I've only had my drone for a week and really love how it flies. I purchased DJI Refresh but surely hope that I do not have to use it since losing power was not pilot error

The Hero 4 Silver is a different weight and uses an LED screen in the back which would throw the H4-3D gimbal off weight wise, and it would most likely damage the Silver's LED screen when mounting it.

You should have received an email stating that a ticket or case number has been opened to assist you, could you happen to provide that number so I can follow up?

I have a Phantom 3 Pro and have attempted to shoot video of different things that flow smoothly on first viewing them on my computer, but when I copy the video to a disc, the video gets choppy in playback.  I believe the computers can't read all the data fast enough, but how do I make any movies without this choppiness?  Thanks ahead of time.

Hi Guys . I have a DJI Phantom 3s. My problem after an antenna extension install is that my aircraft will not hover after auto take off. I functions well in all other aspects of flight but the auto take off is not hovering. Any ideas. Many thanks and appreciation in advance....
