Hello everyone.   Had a maufacture defect of the mavic, out of the box.  (couldnt calibrate the fwd cameras)

Mailed back to california, at my expense, (no ups in my location)  the day after recieving.   

The repair center has now had the drone since the 2nd of february.   (12 days)  

I have been on the chat/phone but to no help at all.

I kept hearing about how fast they are.  and wondering why its taking so long?
