I cannot calibrate my gimbal after crash. I dont see gimbal icon ????? Can you please say something? Why is that?

Actually you don't. You can open your app and see all the icons. Deleting and reinstalling might reset the app.

I did it and still no icon. In fact it never were....

Sorry to hear about the hard landing.
I do suggest you send it in for evaluation so you will know what has been damaged at that moment.

I believe the gimbal icon isn't showing up because the software thinks there isn't a gimbal attached, and if that's correct there's no software change or (re)installation that's going to fix this. You should send it in to DJI as Natalia suggested so that they can give you an estimate for a repair.

I have sent it already. Still it is strange as Mavic dont expect to be without gimbal in any situation. It cannot be removed

You're correct about it not being removable, of course, but the software was probably designed to only show that icon when it can find a gimbal. That's just speculation on my part, though.

I will definately follow this up as soon I will get this back from the service

Is there any error prompting in the DJI GO 4 App to see if there is something wrong with the gimbal?  Also please try refreshing the firmware of the aircraft and the remote controller without an SD card inserted using the DJI Assistant 2. https://www.dji.com/downloads/so ... sumer-drones-series Have a great day ahead.
