it was received on 09th Feb by DJI TECHNOLOGY AUSTRALIA PTY. LTD. for replacement due to soft blurry image but i still haven't heard anything
I sent email to dji@support.com as well 2 days ago and still hasnt got reply

Hi DJI Natalia.

Can you please also take a look on my case since it has been on repair status since last week. Your website shows 3-4 days repair including testing. I don't have DJI Care Refresh but i promptly paid the full repair cost. I miss my Mavic badly! Hope the repair can be expedited.
