Do you Guys think that Dji would Release a mavic advanced or Standard Version like they did with the P3, any time soon?
Or would you guess that they wont Update on the mavic that quickly because there is Not much competition in such kind of drones.

Well the current mavic models video quality seems to be on par with a standard version.  By that I'm I'm playing that it's horrible. So a lower end model would not make sense. But again it's Dji so who knows how they think.

If you are waiting on low price point... FORGET ABOUT IT... It's demand and offer...As long as there is strong demand why would they reduce pricing???

Skip the Advanced & Standard...  Go with the Pro.

It's only a pro in name.

Oh Well thanks, i Hope they will Release it within the next few weeks Id like to know the difference.

It took 4 months from Launch of the Phantom 3 pro Till they came Out with the Phantom 3 Standard so it should be released soon huh?

And no Ocusync - probably just WiFi (like P3S). Though perhaps with the demand for the Pro they've just dropped the idea...

Taking away ocusync would ruin the whole mavic.
The FPV quality would be horrible at 480p and the range is way too Limited.

I highly doubt they would go Back so Far in technology, that wont happen.
I rather think they downgrade the camera to 2.7k or 1080p and maybe remove the collision avoided Sensors or use lightbridge instead of ocusync which would make the max FPV quality 720p instead of the possible 1080p FPV of the current mavic pro.

They should right now focus on the DJI Googles and then include them with the Advanced. And also do opsical avoidance.

DJI sent a survey out a few weeks ago that seemed to imply to me that they were considering releasing a version of the Mavic without the obstacle avoidance sensors. I think one of the questions in the survey was basically "Would you be willing to pay $xxx for a Mavic without the obstacle avoidance sensors?" Perhaps they got a positive response to this and decided to release the cheaper model.

Well the obstacle aviodance ist a nice Feature isnt it? I often flew my P3A between Small passages through chruch spiers or so and i think for this it could bei usefull, dont you think so?

Yeah...

That link from September 2016 says that they've confirmed that, at launch, there will be S and Pro models.

However, I have have confirmed that this is not true.

Therefore, I wouldn't use that page as any sort of proof that there will be (or, as it claims, was) any other model.

They emailed me a link to an online survey a few weeks ago, but the survey is now closed and can't be accessed. I have no further information than that.
