Just having a holiday by the sea today with my Mavic, I've been always flying so carefully all the time, today just want to having fun in sport mode, wants to fly close to the ground (Thought that will be epic). And I just reckon that this is a soft grass, that even if I crash it, the mavic will be fine. Then the truth tell me not lol.

The gimbal detached from it, one of the back arm got broken, but all sensors and motors are working fine.

It seems that the whole body got 180 degree turned over in the point of the gimbal.... so it got deetaaached...

What's more...I DIDN't buy DJI care....

Are there anyone in UK having a DJI produt and could you please tell me where should I send this to? Will it be very expensive? Thank you!

Your Mavic got hungry and ate some grass and in the process ate some dirt.

You should try fixing yourself.

I would buy a new one and spend 100$ for repair the arm and use it for fun-flying (without gimbal)

How do u know the Arm repair would cost 100 Dollar?

Would DJI Care&refresh carry this and repair or Exchange his whole mavic?

It's done. Dji will charge more to repair than just to buy another one. Good luck. That tricky sport mode gets another Mavic

He didn't buy Care Refresh but yes, it likely would have been covered if he had.

you have been flying too low i guess and there is a raise on the field which you didn't notice or too late to react.
