Hey guys, I just updated the firmware on my mavic and all of my flight records are gone. I had about 10 hours of flights and now I have 0. Any ideas?

Have you synced the flight records before upgrading it?
What mobile device you're using for aircraft?

No, I didnt sync the flight records before upgrading. Im using an iphone 7

So I guess I just lost all my flight records

How do you sync flight records?

• Launch DJI Go 4 App.
• Tap the burger menu on the top right corner.
• Tap on "Flight Record"
• Tap the cloud icon on the top right corner.
• Select the period you want to sync.
• Tap on "Start Synchronization"
• Once done you should see the "Start Synchronization" turn into "Complete"
• Tap on the "Complete"
  

Done.
