Just updated my Ronin MX and M600 - everything is on the latest firmware.

Now video can't be triggered on the remote with remote start/stop. I can trigger stills but not video

using sony a7r2, latest firmware too.

Same issue with the sony a6300.

With both Sony cameras can trigger stills but not video after firmware upgrade.

Hi There, I got The same problem too, i can Fly the matrice normally and get a good video transmission but i can't trigger the A7R2.

Hi did this happen after the FW upgrade, can you triggers stills?

This is a Gcu firmware problem

Are you having the same problem with the sony  or all cameras

Contacted support 2 days ago - no reply.

Not only that, if you trigger video in 4k manually when on the ground, the screen goes blank.

I used to get a 5 second blank screen now it just stays that way.

This problem happen before and after the FW upgrade, since the FW upgrade has been release the problem is show on the matrice, and I try to Upgrade the Firmware and the problem still at there.

I've downgraded and upgraded the m600 and lightbridge without any luck.

have you tried downgrading the ronin firmware? know how to do that?

Wish I could hear from Dji on this, I'm a professional who has work. Imagine if this happened with the phantom?

The screen going black is a problem and the start stop is a different problem. As far as I know.

The Start Stop problem is caused by a bad GCU FW on the Ronin MX and not by the M600 firmware, this Problem is over a month old now. DJI tol me they will fix this in february, but who knows.
There is a way to downgrade the GCU and if you look for the original post of ths problem in the forum you will find the solution.

Do you use the SRW 60G?

DJI has reply me they said i need to downgrade the iosd mini, but i haven't try because something is not match between me and the tech support

Connect the hdmi cable (that is connected to the LB2) directly to your camera, and check if there is any improvement.
You may need an adapter to do that

From what I can see, you had received further notification from Support sometime Yesterday about an upcoming firmware update to correct this. Did you happen to get that email? . For the iOSD Mini comment, it seems it was a grammatical error that the representative corrected in a later email.

Just for everyone's information, there is a new update for IMU and GCU in Ronin MX which fixes the RSS bug and Gimbal Motor Overload warning bug.

I downgraded the IMU and the video trigger worked again but before I upgrade again does this firmware fix the video trigger issue,
I'm in a remote area upgrading is problematic don't want to try unless it works.
