I have refresh and they've had my drone for a month. It took them 2 weeks to get to open and evaluate it, and now another two weeks+ after the $79 paid to get nothing back. Called repeatedly and I get a different story every time. First it was "next week". Then "today". The latest they told me is they have stock and I'm at the top of the list for shipping but they don't know when it will happen. "It's in processing". That was days ago. The phone support people seem to just read from a script based on your problem. Nothing is solved. It is a crime the way DJI is treating their customers, with immediate shipment if you buy one but a month+ wait for advertised "priority service" with DJI CARE Refresh. If anyone at DJI really cares, my Case number is CAS-462409-Z6K9T3. |
