Same issue here. I waited 3 months for my Mavic Pro. When it finally arrived, the Drone & RC didn't work so DJI had me send it back for a replacement to Carson, Ca. I still have no Drone/RC.

I've asked for updates but I receive bleak  responses. DJI customer service has been horrible. I've seen ads about DJI announcing something new. I hope it's better customer service.

DJI received my MP on the 6th, paid for repair on the 8th. Also received an email saying it has been repaired and will ship within 3 business days. DJI days are like dog years, meaning each day equals a week.

The North American facility did receve Mavics in very recently. They are prioritizing older cases to be shipped out as soon as possible. Based on the time frame of your RMA, You should expect to see progress in the system no later than the beginning of next week as a high ball estimate.

Same issue here. Sent in drone due to gps issue upon a request by support. Stuck waiting for parts apparently since early Feb. Also have care refresh but this is a warranty repair...CAS-428263-T0F3R2

It looks like yours is making it's way to shipping. A tracking number would be out by the end of the week, if not Today.

They would test further before sending the unit out. If the issue persists even after getting it back, most likely the Europe Support team would need to reinvestigate an issue with your set up before resorting to an escalated service.

Good to hear you got the email. I would expect for tracking to be made available at the latest early next week, if not by Friday.

Maybe there is a problem with your propellers?

Thank you for yoiur reply, what do you mean by probably a problem with the props? Could it be the props are the cause of a blurred line across the whole screen in my footage (like jello)?

Based on your case information, tracking would be available to you early this coming week. I do understand you're anxious, but there is light at the end of the tunnel.

Yep had the same thing had to call 5 times and also only chat before it got moved out of repair and then they send me the wrong drone back!!

it was delivered on the 2017-2-21
I was told that once it was delivered it would be 2 days and i would recieve and update.
and is it possible that the replacement units will be shipped 2 day service. It took 6 days for it to get to the repair center. My mavics been traveling longer than ive been able to fly it.

I'll let you know what I find. Most likely you'll see the unit moving forward shortly given how long it's been here. There was a bit of a back up due to the Presidents day holiday.

I have refresh and they've had my drone for a month. It took them 2 weeks to get to open and evaluate it, and now another two weeks+ after the $79 paid to get nothing back. Called repeatedly and I get a different story every time. First it was "next week". Then "today". The latest they told me is they have stock and I'm at the top of the list for shipping but they don't know when it will happen. "It's in processing". That was days ago. The phone support people seem to just read from a script based on your problem. Nothing is solved. It is a crime the way DJI is treating their customers, with immediate shipment if you buy one but a month+ wait for advertised "priority service" with DJI CARE Refresh. If anyone at DJI really cares, my Case number is CAS-462409-Z6K9T3.
