This is what i can read in the TOS. They never state you will get a new drone BUT a replacement unit. I dont see where the lie (as you say) is.
Btw, i didn't buy it, i have instead a private insurance for this.

Makes sense that they will only warrant your CARE REFRESH plan if you send them what's left of your drone back. They need your old drone for donor parts to fix up the next batch of 'Franken Mavics'. Oooh DJI you sneaky little buggers!

DJI clearly states
"You will receive a unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability after paying the service charge specified in your DJI Care Refresh Service Agreement. "

This is a forum, look up the word "forum" in a dictionary..........actually, look up the word "dictionary"........ No, wait, I guess that's not going to work either.

This is on their web site: "You will receive a unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability after paying the service charge specified in your DJI Care Refresh Service Agreement." What was your interpretation of that when you read it if not that you might get a reconditioned Mavic?
