Hey my remote or app will not connect to my tilt dial for my camera. My camera still works! I also cannot get it to calibrate and it makes some type of beeping noise (from the camera) any ideas?? I tried to download the firm ware but it's saying that they suspended it due to people having problems

Can you get the camera to move from your mobile device?
Did you have a hard landing, ie. Any chance the cable is loose?

There are a couple of posts for just recalibration the tilt dial which might be worth a try. Do a search.

If not and or if you did any of the upgrades that were eventually pulled, you may have to remove all three DJI Aps from your computer (DJI Win Driver, Phantom Assistant and RCAssistant), reload them and start fresh as some had to do.

michael_rivers2, try recalibrating your remote controller like this:

Or, do it in the R/C Assistant and then the Phantom Assistant.

No I cant get it to move on app or tilt dial.. the camera itself just beeps for some reason.

I had the same issue when I upgraded the firmware to v3.10.  Then I figured how to make it work by the following:

Connect Phantom to Phantom Assistant Software; Click on "Basic" tab on top panel; click on "RC" under "Basic" tab; click "Calibrate" on the X1 Calibration on the right-hand side of that page; calibrate by rotating the dial; then click "Finish".  

Now BOTH the gimbal dial on the RC and the Vision app gimbal control will work.

I just checked, you can downloaded Phantom 2 Vision+ FC200 Firmware v1.3.0g here.  I installed it a week or two ago and all is good.
If you have a Vision, download Phantom 2 Vision FC200 Firmware v1.1.9 here.

The lights should not flash yellow when the remote controller is on. That normally means the remote controller is not connected (turned off).

Did you try reinstalling ALL of the firmware in the Phantom Assistant application? If, not try that and then recalibrate the remote controller.

I mean wipe the aps from your computer, re download all and try again.

If you properly reinstalled all of the software and properly calibrated everything, then it sounds like this might be a hardware issue. If that's the case, you should look into getting it fixed under warranty.

I could post a video but to be honest it would be exactly the same as yours. I have emailed DJI direct, i bought it directly from them and i am hoping they will give me an idea of what needs to be done or replace it. I have found a number for Heliguy here in UK who DJI recommend and i will call them on Monday as well.

which model Phantom do you have?

Just curious as the software loads for the Phantom 2 are different than for the Phantom 2 Vision+!Double check your model and the software you are downloading

Degausse the magnetic compass and do an IMU calibration until the numbers are within range.
