Great Video!  Have only had my Mavic for a couple of weeks and still experimenting with the different flight modes.  The shot you filmed at the end (following you down the highway), which mode were you using and are you able to preset the altitude?

I've only had mine since Mid January. I used the Active Track mode in trace submode. Just launched it, tapped on my Commander,  hit GO and started driving. Just make sure you turn off the "Maximum Flight Distance". Otherwise, it will eventually stop and wait there. Made that mistake once....

Nice work!  What height did you have it set at?  Just curious as I intend to do same w/my UTV this spring.

I was about 40' up in the first part and a little lower over the paved road.

Love the desert too. I was waiting for a cowboy on a horse shot at 2:24 where you zoom in on his face =] Used to go to tehachapi as a kid when it was nothing but scorpions and snakes, owned a acre. Man miss that place sometimes. Shoot the milky way and all the meteors you see!

Awesome video. I live in Arizona myself and cant tell ya how many beautiful places are out here to see. Looking at taking my P4P up to Straw Berry and Possibly Snow bowl to get some valley shots.

Thanks for the kudos. We should start a video thread in the Regional section of just Arizona shots. Bet we could find a number of us that shoot video in the state. Can't wait to see your shots of the snow.
