Hallo DJI Team,

After starting mavic  and normal moving the gimbal he clacked two times up and down.  Gimbal could not straighten and clicked again and again. Property searched for a blockade, but nothing found. All 4 gums are free and the gimbal is clean in the "frame".  Have repeatedly tried by turning the drone on / off the gimbal to recalibrate. Unfortunately without success.
In DJ Ihpone app i receive an error .

In the video you can hear the noise of the gimbal.

What should i do ? Have you headed about something like this ?

I had the gimbal not properly initialize a few times myself and it usually worked after one or two restarts.
Another thing which often fixed it for me is tapping gently at the gimbal with a finger if it's struggling.

I don't know about the sound though as it happend to me only outside where the ambient sound was much too loud to hear anything of this sort, sounds pretty angry though.

The sound is from the phone speaker while recording....

When the AC is off, GENTLY hold and adjust the camera to face straight ahead and try it again..

IF it did not work than do an AUTOMATIC GIMBAL CALIBRATION.

Are the three frame tabs in place?

Yes, they are in place, i tried several times to re calibrate the gimbal, but it doesn´t work. The gimbal always move and try to find its position.

was there an outcome of it? A solution? I've the same issue. Exactly the same...
