My Inspire 2 won't let me active D-log.

Is anyone else having this problem?

I can't use Cinema DNG or Pro Res.  The assistant says that is active when I plug the I2 into my computer.  I have two SSD's and both have been formatted inside the machine.  Hopefully someone has answers for us.

Would you please describe it in detail which may help us figure it out? thanks.
