Mine has disappeared too, contacted DJI by chat, might be a server error.

Case number avaliable  again but still can't get a straight  answer  !!

Due to the number of people this happened to and the fact that its all back it was probably just a server error.

We feel so sorry for the trouble caused, will look into the case and help you get an update as soon as possible.
