If I want to acheive the best photo and video quality, what can i change in the settings, i know about the 2.7k/30 fps and the RAW instead of JPEG thing, but thats pretty much all i know. Thanks in advance.

The answer to your question is too broad. If you don't know much about photography, then I would suggest you search this forum for threads discussing the setting of the camera, there are many of them.

There are no one-size-fits-all "best" settings.
If there was, there would be no need for anything else.
You need different settings for different situations.
If you are not familiar with photographic principles and camera use, you would be better off not getting fixed on what's "best".
If you don't know what you are doing, start with auto and jpg and you'll get good results in most situations.
Get experience and gradually make changes when you know what you are doing.
