Hello,

I've contacted the DJI NL support for send it back my Mavic Pro who need to be fixed.
But I don't know if I have to send the Mavic Pro with the Remote controller and with the battery or only the Aircraft itself ?

Can someon help me please ?

I have contacted DJI support for a DOA. They did respond the next day(China).
Filled a form with details about where I live.
Same day a UPS collect and return label by email, you should send in your Mavic completely with propellors and battery, cabels.. everything.
Do not expect to have it back very soon, the USA and Germany seem to be out of Mavics, no spare materials... this could be the same in the Netherlands.
I'm hoping to hear soon from DJI.

You can only send in the part which require repair.
If the controller and battery are working fine, then you don't need to send them in.
If it's a case for replacement, you will need to send in the Mavic completely.

Drone, Battery, Controller?
Or just Drone and Controller?

I bought the fly more. Would i then have to return all batteries?

No, you don't need to return all batteries.
Just send in a set of the Mavic for replacement.
