Hi I have a ronin m with remote control and thumb controller

Thumb controller works fine as i would expect pan/roll/tilt all fine

The remote control however.......

When i try to pan through 180 degrees it stops and starts about 4 times ......same if i try to tilt up and down it does about 20 degrees stops and then another 20 degrees stops another etc etc

Is this normal behaviour ?

Can anyone give me any pointers in how i can try to sort this out bar getting a new remote??

ANy help much appreciated

I'd love to know a solution to this too, my Ronin MX does this with the thumb controller when tilting up and down.
