Careful flying over sporting events (FAA regs) and I'd also be careful shooting low flight video of people without their consent, especially on a college campus. Sure fire way of eventually someone pitching a fit and going to the admin/campus police.

people out in public in America don't have any reasonable expectation of privacy regarding photos/video. But they can always complain.  I am surprised John Hopkins would allow drones on their campus though.
