Hi,

First time posting, newbie DJI owner.  But having MAJOR problems with customer service

Does anyone know how to get a repair quote to go through?  I got my DJI Care Refresh replacement quote no problem, but when I ask for a quote for repair costs, nobody can help, been waiting 3 WEEKS for a repair quote to be sent, and DJI Customer Care can't seem to figure out how to resolve this.  Does anybody else have this problem and how did they solve it? Or can anyone at DJI on the forums here help?

3 weeks and still no invoice, Ken are you able to help get any insight?

I went thru this same scenario. They told me that since they sent me a DJI Care Refresh quote they can't send a repair quote, only one or the other, and that they'd have to delete the Care Refresh quote in order to send me the repair quote. Bizarre..... good luck.
